Who is Dr. Remulac?:

My real name is Steve. I have a degree in Computer Science and have worked with corporate mainframe computers for many years. In 1994 I started in Bloomingdale, NJ to help friends with their home PC problems for fun and relaxation. (OK, I'm a geek-- I find computer problem solving more relaxing than gardening.) From there it snowballed into a full fledged business as I found out that most people in Bergen and Passaic Counties want to pull out their hair when the computer starts misbehaving.
